God is sending his prophetic voice into the earth to bring his will and desires into the body of Christ. The eagles of God are those prophetic intercessors who release God’s will on the earth as they pray and prophesy. God is alerting his eagles to begin to move by his Spirit in intercessor and prophetic utterances.
